Servaclean’s Bespoke Bar Solutions for Everyman Cinemas

Since 2021, Servaclean has proudly partnered with Everyman Cinemas, supplying and installing bespoke under counter bar systems in over 20 of their iconic venues across the UK. The relationship is ongoing, founded on shared values of quality, innovation, and elevating the customer experience.

Everyman is one of the UK’s leading cinema groups, renowned for redefining the cinema experience through its luxurious venues, curated film selections, and a premium food and drink offering. Their latest venue, Everyman at The Whiteley, is their 49th cinema, situated in the heart of West London’s iconic Whiteley building. A landmark that fuses historical grandeur with modern elegance.

Servaclean was commissioned to deliver two bar areas within the venue. A ground floor main bar counter and a basement dispense bar.

In addition to the bar structure, Servaclean supplied 2 top loading bottle coolers for the ground floor bar, ensuring efficient, fast-access storage to support high-demand service periods. The design and layout were tailored to the operational needs of Everyman’s hospitality team, supporting their focus on seamless service and premium guest experiences. The stainless-steel under counter bar systems were designed for durability, hygiene, and performance, all while complementing the venue’s stylish and luxurious aesthetic.

Bespoke Bar Solutions

Everyman’s food and drink offer is central to its guest experience, featuring freshly prepared small plates, gourmet ‘Spielburgers’, and a full cocktail bar. The bars needed to be operationally efficient, ergonomic for staff, and capable of handling high volumes with speed and style.

Servaclean’s bar counters are built to enhance service flow and maximise storage, with easily accessible refrigeration, glassware housing, and prep areas. The layout at The Whiteley was customised to Everyman’s specific operational requirements, allowing staff to concentrate on providing exceptional hospitality.

Project Collaboration

The Servaclean Project Manager for this installation was Neil Britton, who worked closely with client representatives Bob Long and Joe Fryde from Everyman Media Group. The interior design was led by Fusion DNA, bringing Everyman’s signature aesthetic to life within the venue. Stenball Group Ltd served as the main contractor, overseeing the on-site construction and coordination, while Lavington LLP acted as the Quantity Surveyor, ensuring the project remained on budget and aligned with the overall vision.

A Successful Delivery

The installation was completed on schedule in June 2025, ahead of Everyman’s highly anticipated summer launch. The venue now boasts two fully equipped, stylish bars that serve as focal points for guests, providing both aesthetic appeal and high-performance functionality.

Everyman at The Whiteley is already being recognised as a flagship destination, offering a luxury cinematic experience complete with 4K projection, Dolby Atmos sound, and 332 plush velvet sofas across five screening rooms. With food and drink delivered to guests’ seats, the bar areas play a pivotal role in maintaining the brand’s premium experience.
