External Project Coordinator
Due to our expansion, we’ve created a new role of External Project Coordinator to liaise with our customers throughout the UK. We need someone to take responsibility for project co-ordinating from order stage through to installation and commissioning /aftersales.
It’s an exciting and varied role and will involve regular travel throughout the UK with the requirement to stay overnight on average 2-3 days per week. You will be provided with a Company vehicle and you must have:
- In depth experience of working on site with customers
- Experience of coordinating/managing a number of projects all at one time
- Be a team player but at the same time be able to work on your own initiative
- Have effective communication skills
- Great numeracy and literacy skills
- Understanding of dimensions, room layouts and spatial awareness
You will receive training from us on our internal systems and processes, after this period you’ll be required to work independently for most of the time, working autonomously to support our Sales Coordinators to ensure a high level of customer experience.
Our remuneration package includes a competitive salary, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, auto-enrolment pension and generous life cover. A vehicle will be provided together with practical equipment to fulfil the role.
