A Family Business
Originally founded in 1988 by Cliff Livsey and Chris Royston, the business is now run by Directors – Deana Roberts and Andy Royston – (Cliff’s daughter & son of Chris).
Deana and Andy work day-to-day within the business and strive for a collaborative approach with all the designated teams, offering continuous support to all staff so they can progress and excel within the company.
Continual improvement of the product range and bar planning services are a priority for Servaclean so that our reputation as an industry leader in bar design, manufacture and installation is retained.
Servaclean’s customer ethos is to set a clear vision for how all requirements are progressed from initial enquiry to installation and final commissioning.

The Project & Sales Team
Neil Allitt is our Project & Sales Director. The Project & Sales Team are on hand to support you through every process of your bar project.
With a combined total of over 60 years of employment at Servaclean, this team is highly experienced in working with all hospitality sectors – from individual bar and restaurant owners, large construction companies and international hotel groups & hospitality operators.
No matter the project size, every customer is allocated a Servaclean Project Manager to guide you through all aspects of your bar project – from layout planning to the doors opening.
The Technical CAD Team
John Richardson, our new Technical Manager, joined Servaclean in April 2023 and is currently being mentored by Tony Wilson, Technical Support Manager. Tony has been involved with Servaclean since it was founded in 1988 and his company experience & knowledge is unrivalled. This valuable knowledge is also being transferred to our younger CAD team members, so that they can assist with the design and development of the Servaclean product range.
All members of the CAD Team are focused on producing detailed three-dimensional CAD drawings, bringing bar layouts to life and making it easy for everyone involved in the project to understand the complete picture.
The Admin Team
The Admin Team, with their warm and friendly Yorkshire vibes, will assist with your initial enquiry through to the completion of your project and aftercare support.
They are usually your first point of call and are always happy to help you progress your bar project, no matter how big or small.
Working closely with the Project & Sales Team, they will ensure your initial enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The Warehouse Team
The Warehouse Team, overseen by our Warehouse Manager, Andy Foster, quality check and package your manufactured bar layout ready for your required delivery and installation date.
This team include some of the longest serving members of staff, who are always happy to get the job done!
The Installation Team
Our dedicated installation team will make sure that your manufactured bar system is assembled quickly and efficiently on site.
Servaclean are Constructionline Gold & Health & Safety Acclaim Accredited.
All team members have CSCS cards and are highly experienced at installing and working on all site sizes, with individuals or national construction companies.
