Getting to Know Donna

Donna joined Servaclean six months ago as our Projects & Sales Support Administrator. In her role, she works closely with both the team and our clients, supporting projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

How have you found your first six months at Servaclean?

I’ve really enjoyed the first six months. It’s been a great opportunity to learn how the business operates and get to know the team. I feel I’m settling in well and I’m excited to build on the experience I’ve gained so far.

What is the best part of the role?

The variety. No two days are the same, which keeps things interesting. One day I might be supporting a project behind the scenes, and the next I could be helping a client with enquiries. It’s always something different and rewarding.

What are you looking forward to achieving in the next year?

I’d like to continue developing my skills and grow with the business. Learning more about our projects and processes will allow me to support both the team and our clients even better, and I’m excited to take on new challenges as they come.

What are your outside work interests?

I enjoy being outdoors and going for long walks – it helps me relax after work. I’m a little crazy with my four dogs, so they definitely keep me busy and active!
